4. What should I do to prepare for my move?
To prepare for your move, we recommend creating an inventory of your items, decluttering your space, and packing non-essential items in advance. Our team can provide packing assistance if needed.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your move. Our cancellation policy can be discussed at the time of booking.
6. Are your movers insured?
Yes, all our movers are insured and trained to handle your belongings with care. This insurance provides coverage for your items during transit and protects you in the unlikely event of damage or loss.
7. What types of insurance do you offer?
We offer basic liability coverage at no additional charge, which covers a limited amount per pound of goods. Additionally, we can provide full value protection for an extra fee, ensuring that you are compensated for the full value of your items in case of damage or loss.
8. Do you offer packing supplies?
Yes, we offer packing supplies for purchase, including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and more. Just let us know what you need!
9. What if I have specialty items that need to be moved?
If you have specialty items such as pianos, artwork, or fragile antiques, please let us know in advance. Our team is experienced in handling such items safely.
10. How far in advance should I book my move?
While we offer same-day moves, we recommend booking your move as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Ideally, booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance is best, especially during peak moving seasons.
